Bio
James Bond has lived and worked in the Harrow area all his life. He was elected as an Independent councillor in May 2010, and follows in the footsteps of his late father who was also an Independent councillor.
This blog is where James will share his thoughts on the local issues, as well as giving you a flavour of what it is like to be a councillor.
